Beginners Aerial Circus Skills Aug.30,Sept.13,20,27, 2012 (7PM-8:30PM)

Our next 4 block of  Beginners Aerial Circus Skills will be on August 30,Sept.13,20,27, 2012 at The Briggait, 141 Bridgegate, G1 5HZ.

This is a 4 week-block course that runs every Thursday of the week from 7:00PM-8:30PM.

Course Contents

This class combines solo static trapeze with a chance to try other aerial equipment including rope, silks or hoop.  The class is suitable for complete beginners or those with experience in the aerial disciplines listed.  Each class is generally focused on trapeze techniques while the other aerial equipment is varied throughout the course or chosen at the students’ request.

Most aerial techniques are done in bare feet, however the arms and legs should be covered – leggings are ideal.

The cost will be £50 per person and this course will be taught by Jamie-Lee McNaughton and Mark Holland.

Places will be limited to 12 people, thus booking in advance would be good!

Drop-ins are accepted for £15 per class, provided that the course is not yet fully-booked by students who have registered for the entire 4-block course.
