Beginners Trapeze MON Sept. 3,10,17,24 (7PM-8:30PM)

Our next 4 week Beginners Trapeze course will be on September 3,10,17,24, 2012 at the Briggait, 141 Bridgegate Glasgow G1 5HZ.

This 4 week course runs from 7PM-8:30PM each Monday.

Course Contents

This class covers the basics in solo, static trapeze including moves under the bar, on the bar and in the ropes.  Teachers will help you through the Aerial Edge beginners trapeze syllabus of moves and then show you how to link moves together and create routines.

This class is suitable for complete beginners and those continuing to work through the beginners syllabus. Trapeze is usually done in bare feet though socks can be worn.  Arms and legs should be covered.

This course will be running for 4 weeks at the Briggait, 141 Bridgegate Glasgow G1 5HZ.

The cost will be £50 per person for the course and will be taught by Jamie-Lee McNaughton. Places will be limited to 12 people.
