Beginners Aerial Silks MON Sept. 3,10,17,24, 2012 (8:30PM-10PM)

Our next 4 week Beginners Aerial Silks course will be on September 3,10,17,24, 2012 at the Briggait, 141 Bridgegate Glasgow G1 5HZ.

This 4 week course runs from 8:30PM-10PM each Monday.

Course Contents

This class is suitable for those who haven’t tried silks or for students still mastering climbs and improving beginner techniques such as hiplock and inversion (catchers).  Aerial Edge’s beginners silks syllabus covers a range of climbs, descents, locks, moves and drops.

Rope is also available in this class as a learning aid and is also an option for those who want to develop skills on both apparatus or rope in particular.

Although suitable for complete beginners, experience in trapeze, rope or other aerial discipline can be beneficial.  The silks need to climbed in bare feet, however the arms and legs should be covered – leggings are ideal.

This course will be running for 4 weeks at the Briggait, 141 Bridgegate Glasgow G1 5HZ.

The cost will be £50 per person for the course and will be taught by Jamie-Lee McNaughton. Places will be limited to 12 people.
