Our next block of Intermediate Trapeze course will be on August 19,26,Sept.2,16, 2012 at the Lansdowne Church, Great Western Road, Glasgow.

This 4 week course runs from 4PM-5:30PM each Sunday.

Course Contents

For those who have been bitten by the Aerial-bug, the Intermediate class aims to build on the moves learnt from the Beginners course and take them further.  The moves themselves will be more demanding (though definitely look more impressive and daring) but the course will have a strong emphasis on technique, making sure you use the least energy required while looking graceful and effortless.

The class will follow the same formulae of warm-up, stretch and condition, followed by aerial technique as with the Beginner course, with performance aspects linked to the syllabus.

This course will be running for 4 weeks at the Lansdowne Church, Great Western Road, Glasgow.

The cost will be £50 per person for the course and will be taught by Andy Green. Places will be limited to 12 people.
