Absolute Beginners Aerial Silks Class Sunday August 5,19,26, 2012 (2:30PM-4PM)

Never been to dizzying heights? Get off the ground with our Absolute Beginners Aerial Silks class!

Our next block will start this August 5,19,26, 2012 Sunday 2:30PM-4PM at the Lansdowne Church, Great Western Road, Glasgow.

These classes are designed to teach you basic climbs, locks, moves and descents. A knotted silk can be used to try moves without having to climb and a rope may also be used as a learning aid.

As the name suggests, you do not require any prior experience in silks or other aerial apparatus, however you should be physically fit to take part in such activities. The silks need to climbed in bare feet though arms and legs should be covered – leggings are ideal.

The class is limited to 6 persons and this will be taught by Jamie-lee McNaughton. Each 3-week block costs £37.50.
