Aerial Techique

To provide good quality training it is important to teach good technique starting with an awareness of safety and good practise in the basic techniques. As your ability, strength and fitness increases you will move through the syllabus building new techniques on a strong foundation to be able to perform increasingly difficult moves safely and effectively.

On trapeze for example the basic syllabus will take you through a series of simple moves on a low trapeze which require less strength, flexibility and stamina than will be needed later on in your training. However these moves are generally kept in line with your level of physical conditioning and "comfort levels" with working at height.

Intermediate and advanced students have a more personalised programme as each student may wish to advance at a different pace and in a different directions.
