Conditioning

Aerial Edge conditioning prepares your body for the stresses of learning static trapeze and other aerial arts. As your strength and fitness increases this improves both the quality of your technique as well as your ability to do increasingly advanced moves.

A three to five minute performance in advanced aerial acrobatics requires extremes of stamina and strength to maintain the quality of the moves from beginning to end. Our conditioning not only prepares you to ensure that each technique can be well executed but the the last moves of a performance have as much poise as those at the start
