Classes begin with a stretching and warm up session, after which we take you through a series of conditioning exercises to build up strength and stamina, this may be both on the ground as well as on aerial equipment if it's an aerial class.You will then begin to learn and practice the various techniques on the static trapeze, silk or hoop according to your own level of ability and interest. As you begin to learn a series of moves, they will also learn how to combine the various positions to create short routines. If interested, you may choose to put together a routine to music for performance, adding more difficult tricks as your strength and ability increases! |
